Free shipping is by standard post and can take 7-14 days. For faster delivery please add a courier upgrade to shipping

 

Free post is available to any postal address including rural. Please check your address is suitable for post here www.nzpost.co.nz

 

Courier/tracked delivery: If you havent received your order, please let us know within a maximum of 15 days.

 

Pet tags: We do our best to provide an appropriate split ring attachment to fit the size of the tag. It is up to the end user to determine if the split ring is of suitable strength for their pets. We are unable to replace lost tags.

 

Cancellations can be made on orders not yet shipped, unless custom made (eg Pet Tags and Signs) which may incur a penalty. Please email info@laserlinx.co.nz as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order.

 

Non custom made items can be returned in original condition for a refund (excluding shipping costs) within 15 days.

Upon submitting order, you are legally obligated to complete the transaction. We try to get products made as soon as possible, and often do so before payment clears. You are responsible for any collection costs if payment is not made within 30 days of placing an order.
